Course Objectives - Define and explain the concept of the People Value Proposition and understand its significance in healthcare leadership. - Understand the acronyms HUMOR and ICAN and how each trait can help build trust and collaboration within teams. - Identify and explain different leadership competencies and styles and understand how to adapt to different situations. - Develop an understanding of how to leverage your own strengths to inspire others and develop resilience to overcome challenges that may arise. - Explore the topic of motivation, including how to motivate oneself and others to achieve goals. - Recognize and address issues related to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and understand the importance of fostering an inclusive and equitable environment for all patients and staff members. - Reflect on your own leadership journey and develop an action plan to implement what you have learned.
