When organizations don’t have appropriate strategies to deal with disruptive and toxic behavior, these behaviors can result in patient safety issues, low staff morale, and cost burdens. Responsible physician leaders will learn how to stop these behaviors that can create a hostile work environment. In this course, leaders will learn what behaviors undermine a culture of safety, how to address them, and the proper legal steps to take if disruptive behavior escalates.
