Influencing others is a major component of leadership and this course will first teach physician leaders how to influence the most important person in the room: themselves. Leaders will develop core values and clarify their vision, so they can effectively inspire and lead the people around them.

This course will assess your current leadership style and potential personal impact, how to develop strategies to maximize team and individual productivity, and explore processes that can be used to lead a team or organization. You’ll leave this course with a better understanding of the types of questions influential leaders ask themselves, how they gain a broad perspective of complex situations, the tactics they use to create change quickly, and more.

Course Date:

  • January 31: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Fundamentals series registrants will start at 7 AM)

Faculty: Carrie Kish CPCC, CEO of CultureSync
