Examining topics like “fostering change through key supporting and sustaining principles”, “case studies that demonstrate successful change”, and “creating results using the ‘why’ and ‘how’ of change”, this curriculum will help Physician Leaders learn and use tools to manage progress in their own organizations.
Overall, Practical Principles of Change Management uses real case studies to demonstrate change creation and provides physicians with strategies and tactics to understand, organize, and facilitate successful change efforts in their professional environment.
