Emotional Intelligence for Physicians

A critical piece of leadership is perceptive dealings with colleagues. Even very bright physicians (and others) who are gifted intellectually and clinically may have poor connection skills. Emotional intelligence is a set of specific skills that involve collaborating with colleagues for optimum performance.
