Leadership isn’t a destination – it’s an ongoing journey.
This course series represents the first (and most critical) step of your transformation from contributor to leader. Over the course of three days, you will work with industry experts to create custom leadership development plans, explore the attributes of effective leaders, and study proven negotiation techniques. After you've completed these live courses, you'll be able to take our online courses on finance, quality, and communication.
Plus, to support your educational goals and personalize your journey, you will complete our CPI260 competency based psychometric assessment to help you identify any leadership blind spots.
Thursday Jan. 24 – Fundamentals: Influence: 8am – 4:30pm
This course will guide you towards better understanding your core values and vision, so you can inspire and better lead those around you.
Friday Jan. 25 – Fundamentals: Negotiation: 8am – 4:30pm
Learn to become a negotiation master with this course that will equip you with the proper tools needed to enter any situation with a strategy that maximizes the outcomes for all involved parties.
Saturday Jan. 26 – Wrap-up: 8am – 11:30am
After attending these two live courses, you’ll go over the tools and techniques you have learned with your physician leader peers.
