This series is a blended experience with live webinars and one full-day face-to-face exploration of population health, how it’s being applied in the marketplace and all the ways it’s driving health care from a volume-based industry to a value-based industry. This academy is designed for physicians who want data that leads to real, actionable change in their work – and for those physicians, in all types of practices, who believe in a “no outcome, no income” vision for the future of health care.

This is a blended learning course that includes a pre- and post-webinar where you can interact with faculty and ask questions.

  • Friday, January 17, 12:00 – 1:00 PM EST

Live Academy Date:

  • January 30, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
