 The 2023 Annual Leadership Conference includes a Sunday morning Career & Professional Development Workshop. Depending on the phase of your leadership career, professional development becomes your competitive advantage.  

This highly interactive and experiential workshop allows you to choose a path that matches your current level of need in your career development. Each path is designed as a workshop experience in which you will leave with takeaways they can implement immediately. 

Objectives and outcomes of this workshop by level include:
