Integrated Health Systems: Financial and Legal Considerations

The cost of integrating care, pay for performance, revenue sharing, value-based payment and price transparency are among the factors that affect integrated health system financial performance. You’ll investigate how recent regulatory policy initiatives, IRS and FTC regulations, and laws known as Stark and Baby Stark that address physician/hospital relationships impact fiscal success in physician hospital integration. Physician leaders will be empowered with knowledge to address these issues within their own organizations.

This course is in the Integrated Health Systems Series.
