Physician Integration and Alignment Through HIT

Uniting disparate individuals and groups of physicians into a high-functioning, quality-driven unit is an imperative for health care today. Alignment brings physicians in contractually and is strategic. Integration not only focuses those physicians on key metrics for quality, but also engages them in the mission and values of the organization.

Key skills you’ll gain include using technology to build innovative data-driven quality systems that solve problems, enhance communication and improve transparency. You’ll get practical, applicable solutions and frameworks to get beyond resistance.

The program will identify the role of the physician community in achieving a fully digitally integrated system, and it will also bridge other aspects of reform and health care evolution.

Participants in this full-day seminar will address common day-to-day issues while also clarifying how true physician adoption, acceptance and alignment with technology and mission is necessary to reach the ultimate goal: improved population health.

This course is in the Health IT Leadership Certificate program.
