Course DescriptionInfluence is a major component of leadership. Not to be confused with power or control, influence is leveraging key tactics that involve, connect, and inspire others. Fundamentals of Physician Leadership: Influence, is full of concepts that will help physician leaders to recognize their ability to influence situations and people. Examining topics like “Realms of Influence”, “Striking a balance of Management and Leadership”, and “Identifying your unique leadership style”, this course involves exploring a variety of tools and models to help physicians exercise influence to achieve desired results and outcomes. Overall, Fundamentals of Physician Leadership: Influence introduces interesting and thought-provoking concepts to teach physician leaders how to impact the behaviors, attitudes, opinions, and choices of others.
