This site is provided as a service to the AAPL Community. AAPL is not responsible for the opinions and information posted on this site by others. You are not granted a license to any software by your use of and access to the Community. We disclaim all warranties with regard to information posted on this site, whether posted by AAPL or any third party; this disclaimer includes all implied warranties of suitability, reliability, availability, security, accuracy, non-infringement, merchantability and/or fitness for any purpose. The Community is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty or condition of any kind. The Community and Community content may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. In no event shall AAPL be liable for any special, indirect, punitive or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of any information posted on this site. Your only right with respect to any problems or dissatisfaction with the Community is to terminate your account and stop using the Community.

 

By posting material, you warrant and represent that you own the copyright with respect to such material or have received permission from the copyright owner. In addition, you agree that all such comments and suggestions will be non-confidential. AAPL does not claim ownership of the content or material you post to the Community, and you continue to retain all ownership to the content or material subject to the license terms described here. You grant AAPL the non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully-paid, worldwide right and license to display, copy, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, print, make available to the public and use any such posted information or other material and to exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to such information and material without any payment or attribution to you.

 

AAPL does not actively monitor the site for inappropriate postings and does not on its own undertake editorial control of postings but reserves the right to moderate the activity on the Community and may remove or edit any content for any or no reason, including without limitation content that in AAPL's sole discretion violates these Community guidelines. In the event that any inappropriate posting is brought to the attention of AAPL, we will take all appropriate action. AAPL reserves the right to terminate access to any user who does not abide by these guidelines. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold AAPL (and our officers, directors, employees, service providers, licensors and/or affiliates) harmless from any claim or demand (including but not limited to reasonable legal fees) made by a third party due to or arising out of your use of this Community, any violation of these Community guidelines or your violation of any laws, regulations or third party rights.

 

These guidelines and any actions arising therefrom shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to the conflict of laws provisions thereof. In the event either of us initiates an action in connection with your use of this Community and these guidelines or any other dispute between us, the exclusive venue and jurisdiction of such action shall be in the state and federal courts in Tampa, Florida. If any provisions of these guidelines are determined by a court of law to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these guidelines and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
