In today’s volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world, effective leaders must pause, reflect, take stock, adapt, and rise to challenges with courage, humility, and compassion. Throughout this course, you will be provided with tools and techniques to assist you in becoming more self-aware as the foundation for ensuring your own optimal engagement, effectiveness, and well-being. This course is grounded in the science of positive psychology, sports/performance psychology, and mindfulness. You will walk away with improved levels of personal insight and purpose to better lead yourself, others and your organization.
All course materials must be completed no later than 1 week after the last Zoom session.
