Do you want to start a new venture that provides an innovative solution to an essential healthcare problem? The AAPL Physician Entrepreneur Bootcamp is an immersive 2-day experience that takes you from an initial concept to a detailed business proposal, ready to pitch to potential investors. Working in a cohort of aspiring and experienced physician entrepreneurs, you will learn from an esteemed panel of coaches with expertise in all aspects of creating a successful new business, with opportunities to engage informally and one on one with these experts.
Topics include:
- Generating an idea that sticks
- Building a top-notch team and structuring your company
- Developing a product, starting from a minimally viable product (MVP)
- Creating a sustainable business model
- How to refine your concept and pitch it to potential partners and investors
- Scaling your business for maximum impact
- How to get funding
After developing your concept, you will have the opportunity to create a concise pitch video and then have your pitch reviewed by our panel of entrepreneurs. You will get valuable feedback, and might even make a connection that will help make your idea a reality.
This program aims to systematically build the knowledge and skills necessary for physician entrepreneurs to successfully launch and scale their healthcare startups.
