There is no shortage of Quality Improvement (QI) work for physician leaders. Like most of medicine, QI is a mixture of art and science. Leaders need the language, insight and strategies for how to move large groups of people to adopt new practices, as well as the ability to demonstrate how these strategies successfully improve care and reduce measurement and perpetual improvement fatigue. This course will explore the methods, tools and skills required to accelerate quality improvement in any healthcare organization by focusing on QI foundations, successful execution and business alignment.
All course materials must be completed no later than 1 week after the last Zoom session.
