Abstract

Triad leadership is a transformative model that integrates the expertise of clinical, nursing, and operational leaders within healthcare organizations. Establishing governance and communication structures that unify the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), Chief Nursing Officer (CNO), and Chief Operating Officer (COO) triad leaders addresses not only the complexities of modern healthcare but also the culture of collaboration. Collaboration streamlines decision-making, improves patient-centered care, and enables each team member to contribute their unique skills, enabling holistic solutions to challenges and aligning clinical, operational, and patient care goals. Triad leadership produces resilient, adaptable healthcare organizations that thrive in dynamic environments.
