Beginning with your next membership purchase or renewal, the payment method you provide will be charged on your membership anniversary date, at the then-current annual rate. You will receive a reminder 30 days in advance so there are never any surprises.

When will I be charged?

How do I cancel auto-renewal?
Go to the AAPL Store, select your profile icon in the upper right, then choose Manage Membership. Or contact our member services team at customerservice@physicianleaders.org or 800.562.8088
What happens if I cancel?
Your membership stays active through the end of your current term. It will not renew after that date, and you will lose access to member benefits once the term ends.
Can I update my payment method?
Yes. You can update your payment method anytime in the AAPL Store under your Profile.
Will my rate change?
You will be charged the annual rate in effect at the time of renewal. Any rate changes will be reflected in your renewal reminder before you are charged.
What benefits does auto-renewal protect?
Your CPE progress, journal access, course discounts, and member pricing all continue without interruption.
