Roger Kapoor, MD, MBA, FAAD serves as the senior executive vice president at Beloit Health Systems, an independent community health system serving northern Illinois and southern Wisconsin. A board-certified dermatologist, Kapoor, completed his medical training at Stanford University and his dermatology residency at Harvard Medical School. Kapoor also earned a master of business administration (MBA) from Oxford University.

Kapoor is the author of Working Happy!, a groundbreaking book that offers healthcare professionals fresh insights and new solutions for achieving work/life balance amid a growing burnout crisis. He was honored with the Wisconsin Medical Society’s prestigious Kenneth M. Viste Young Physician Leader of the Year Award in 2022. Additionally, Modern Healthcare recognized him as one of the Top 25 Emerging Healthcare Leaders in the United States, and he was featured by Becker’s Healthcare as a Top Healthcare Leader to Know in the same year.
